The first home (shown above) is a spacious new 6 Bedroom 5 bath Home with all the resort amenities, a large 8 person hot tub, sauna, steam room and a great room with a pool table and large flat screen. The great room features vaulted ceilings with an imposing river stone fireplace. The island/granite-top bar kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances and complete brand new kitchenware to delight any gourmet cook. This home has three fireplaces including one in the master king bedroom suite the family room and the great room. All bedrooms are luxuriously furnished with pillow top mattresses, fine linens and televisions throughout. This home sleeps up to 18 adults.

The second home (shown above) is a spacious new 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath with an indoor heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and outdoor hot tub. The upstairs loft has a pool table, casino tables and bar. The floor plan is large and open which is perfect for social gatherings or group events. This home features soaring ceilings and spacious rooms each with a feeling of privacy. The Island kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, filtered water, granite countertops with spacious oak cabinets. All appliances, utensils, dinnerware, glassware are brand new! One large Master suite is located on the top floor. This suite has a see through gas fireplace to add ambiance both to the room and the bathroom. Bathroom has a separate shower and a jacuzzi tub. It also has a sofa bed which can add to sleeping accommodations. The upper right wing of this estate home has another bedroom suite with a queen sized bed. There is a large adjacent room with three full sized beds ...excellent for a kids room and an adjacent full size bath. On the lower main floor are two bedrooms each with a king bed and one with in-suite bath. All the bedrooms are elegantly furnished with brand new beds with comfortable pillow-top mattresses.
Both homes feature two car garages and you can comfortably park 4 vehicles off the street. Both homes are conveniently located away from tourist traffic, yet close enough to get to the casinos and Heavenly Valley Ski Resort within 15 minutes. This home is also only 8 minutes drive to the Y downtown shopping, Lake Tahoe, 15 minutes drive to Sierra Ski Resort; and 5 minutes drive to golf courses and the Tahoe airport.
